Construction of Staff Colony Housing including Bachelor Quarters, at 2.75 MTPA Green Field Cement Plant at Chatrasala in Gulbarga District of Karnataka, was taken up and was completed well in advance of the targets set by the client. The works involved PCC 1:4:8 for foundation and under flooring bed using 40mm steel, RCC 1:2:4, Shuttering, Reinforcement Steel, Construction of CRS masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 prop using hard granite stone, Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 prop having minimum crushing strength 40 Kgs per Sq. Cm, Plastering to even surface of walls both internal and external, Painting of 2 coats of water proof paint, Laying of Tiles and fixing of UPVC Doors and Windows with 5mm thick glass and shutters provided with fittings etc.
